I believe my biggest asset isn't in my experience or education, but my ability to put myself in your shoes.
Experience and education:
College: Attended Metro State College in Denver, University of Nebraska at Omaha and Bellevue University in Nebraska.
Education: Bachelor of Science degree in marketing. GPA in major was 3.47.
Great Plains School of Real Estate. Scored a 97% on the state exam for the real estate license, first attempt. Currently, approx. 55% of those who take the exam fail initially, then take it over and over until they pass.
Memberships: Nebraska Realtors Association, Omaha Area Board of Realtors, Notary for the State of Nebraska, Omaha Running Club, National Association of Realtors.
Prior to real estate: worked several years with Ameritrade, Qwest, Lucent Technologies and Avaya, providing a "client first" sales and service approach on a national and global level.
Family facts, and who I am:
Married: 18 years to Lori, a 1975 Burke High graduate.
Children: Two boys, Derek-14 and Kyle-11.
Hobbies and Interests: Running, snow skiing, assistant coaching with little league football and baseball, Husker sports, Creighton and UNO sports, camping and fishing, laughing at the funny e-mails I receive from my friends all over the country.

1. Once owned a restaurant that served---buffalo burgers, rattlesnake, and rocky mountain oysters. It makes your stomach growl, doesn't it?
2. Worked in radio broadcasting for several years, including CD 105.9 with Otis and Diver. I was the only air personality to top sister station Z-92 in ratings. Yes, I photocopied the ratings.
3. Ran cross country and indoor track in college. To date, I have logged over 23,000 miles. One could argue that I've already gone the extra mile.
4. Received running tips while on Maui from Terry Bradshaw. Yeah, that Terry Bradshaw.
5. After an injury, was told by a neurologist that I would never run again. Always get a second opinion, my friend. They also said that about my car.
6. Owns a small Australian parrot that whistles the Husker fight song. Sidney also asks the wife, "who's your daddy?"
7. Once swam through a school of jellyfish, thinking it was only seaweed. No stings, no hits, no errors.
8. Came across a humuhumunukunukuapuaa while snorkling. It's a fish in the Pacific. I'd like to buy a vowel, Pat.
9. Once jumped from 11,200 feet out of a perfectly good airplane. At least the 'chute opened.
10. Once worked as a bouncer in a large Denver nightclub for a couple of years. Don't try this at home, and what the heck was I thinking?
