I think my biggest asset isn't in my experience or education, but the ability to put myself in your shoes.
Experience and education:
College: Attended Metro State College in Denver, University of Nebraska at Omaha and Bellevue University in Nebraska.
Education: Bachelor of Science degree in marketing. GPA in major was 3.47.
Great Plains School of Real Estate. Scored a 97% on the state exam for the real estate license, first attempt. Currently, only 45% of those who take the exam pass in Nebraska, then take it over and over until they pass.
Memberships: Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Nebraska Realtors Association, Omaha Area Board of Realtors, Notary for the State of Nebraska, Omaha Running Club, National Association of Realtors.
Prior to real estate: worked several years with Ameritrade, Qwest, Lucent Technologies and Avaya, providing a "client first" sales and service approach on a national and global level.
Family facts, and who I am:
Married: 17 years to Lori, a 1975 Burke High graduate.
Children: Two boys, Derek- 13 and Kyle-10.
Hobbies and Interests: Running, snow skiing, assistant coaching with little league baseball, Husker sports, Creighton and UNO sports, camping and fishing, laughing at the funny e-mails I receive from my friends all over the country.
