Are you a savvy seller?  

This is a person who knows no one will buy their home because "ABC Realty" has their sign in their front yard, or because their home is listed by so-and-so.  They're smarter than that.  They know it comes down to good pricing and promotion, especially in today's market.  

I would like to address the buyers first...sellers, it gets better...

1. The builder's agent is looking out for the builder You should be represented too.

2. Buyers pay nothing-no commision or broker administration fee using my services.

3. I'll negotiate on your behalf to get you the best deal possible.

4. I will get you through the process, from searching for a home to closing on one.  You see all homes in the order you wish to see them.

5. I will check out the neighborhood.  How are the schools?  Would you be surrounded by barking dogs?  What are the covenants, if any?

  •  I am a full service, full time hands-on realtor.  I will personally oversee your transaction, and see that it goes as smoothly as can be.

Note: according to a nationwide survey by Real Trends, and published in Kiplinger's, the average commission is 5.2%.  Commissions are negotiable.
